- We finance legal out-of-court settlement of claims.
- We cover the costs of legal, arbitrary, executory or other proceedings conducted in the Czech Republic and abroad.
- We assist the client – owner of the claim – in covering the costs of lawyers, the court fees, expert opinions, etc. The goal is to enforce the respective valid claim which has not been brought to the court yet due to financial reasons – due to expected high costs or due to risks of additional costs.
- We cover the costs also in case of unsuccessful enforcement.
- We finance the legal proceedings in cases of claims from CZK 500,000 or EUR 25,000 and out-of-court settlements of claims from CZK 200,000 or EUR 10,000.
- We asses individual claims in terms of eventual successful proceedings and their enforceability – we however do not provide legal consulting.
- We respect the client’s choice of attorney and we closely cooperate with him/her during the entire time of the legal proceedings of the claims financed by us.
- In case the client has appointed no attorney so far, we can recommend one.
- We offer our clients eventual enforcement of their claims also at foreign courts by mediating services of lawyers.
