PROCESINVEST makes the decision on financing the costs of legal proceedings after assessing the eventual success of the litigation as well as property relations of the debtor.

The clients therefore together with their lawyers usually submit PROCESINVEST all documentation relating to the particular case including the writ and details on amount claimed and the reasons. Therefore the clients or their lawyers fill out the Questionnaire.

All data submitted are treated as strictly confidential. An Agreement on Preliminary Assessment and Case Financing Preparation (available only in Czech version) will be closed for this purpose. A security fee will be paid by the client together with signing the above-mentioned Agreement.

The above-mentioned steps can be performed electronically by filling out at least basic mandatory data in the questionnaire here Scanned documents can be eventually attached to the completed questionnaire within the last - fourth - step. The relevant documents can eventually be sent separately by email to klient@procesinvest.cz. Important notice for users: It is vitally important to fill out all data correctly.

After all gathering all documents needed, PROCESINVEST shall present a draft of the Contract on Financing to the client, which is binding. After legal and business analyses, PROCESINVEST shall decide on granting the financing within the maximum period of 30 days from the day of signing the Draft of the Contract by the client. The client shall be advised in writing.
